There is hope.

I care deeply about every single one of my clients and I am truly invested in helping them to find freedom from their eating disorders and reclaim their lives. I am both a Carolyn Costin Institute Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. I draw on both these modalities and my lived experience in my work with clients. 

 

In order for our work together to be effective it is essential that our coach/client relationship is one based on honesty, trust and mutual respect. I will always be honest and authentic with you and committed to helping you find your freedom.

 

I’ve had 15 years of firsthand experience of the lies and manipulation that go hand in hand with an eating disorder. Thus I’m acutely aware of the tricks, delay tactics and excuses that can present themselves in the recovery process. A key part of my job as your Recovery Coach is to call you out on the smoke and mirrors and challenge you to address the core issues.

 

I don’t want you to spend anymore of your life consumed by your eating disorder and thus I will firmly challenge you where required whilst always coming from a place of empathy and compassion. 

 

You don’t have to walk this path alone I’m here to help you as you journey from the darkness back into the light. Although it can be a confronting challenging process I promise you it will be worth it.
